We’re excited to announce the successful completion of a major steam boiler upgrade at a prominent NSW healthcare facility. This initiative saw the expert installation and commissioning of two cutting-edge 20 VWT vertical steam boilers, engineered specifically to withstand the stringent requirements of a hospital setting. From meticulous site preparation and structural integration to comprehensive performance testing, our team collaborated closely with the hospital’s engineering staff to guarantee uninterrupted support for vital medical services. The outcome is a powerful, high-capacity steam system that reliably meets the facility’s sterilization and on-site cooking demands.

Both boilers are equipped with Ecoflam burners, which provide cleaner combustion, lower emissions, and enhanced fuel efficiency. In tandem, the Spirax Sarco Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) management system maintains precise water-quality control, prolonging equipment lifespan and ensuring the purity of patient-critical steam. Building Management System (BMS) Integration, offering facility managers instant visibility into steam production metrics, temperatures, and pressures for proactive maintenance and optimization.
